I have always been a fan of Einstein's despite people bashing it as another chain. I've tried a number of the "little guys" and decided there is a reason why Einstein's continues to grow. Good service and great food. Even when crowded, the line moves fast and all the staff is very friendly and efficient. Love the bagels and you can even get something for the dog. A breakfast favorite!

Mmm... I do love Bagels. But like Pizza, Chinese Food, and Pastrami sandwiches it is undoubtedly better to eat in New York than here in Florida! But hey, as far as bagels go in Florida these are pretty good. The chew is right and as far as toppings they are never skimpy or overdone. As for the coffee at Einsteins, it is better than some but does not stand out that much I wouldn't make a trip here just for it. Perhaps better than all the above is their lunch sandwiches/salads/soups. From what I have tried most of the lunch offerings are good. The service can be hectic before 9:00AM and during the lunch hour with servers and people hollering orders all over the counter. This is place is pretty good for a chain, and for the love of all that is good, people, this is better than Dunkin' Donuts,!

Type II diabetics try the hummus veggie thin whole wheat bagel. Quick service, clean when I was there.

I went here for the first time in probably a decade. I tried the nova lox bagel and the iced pumpkin latte. The lox bagel was awesome! I actually had that for the first time too(I've always been a huge fan of smoked fish and capers, but never had them together). The iced pumpkin latte is absolute diabetes, but it was so good! The atmosphere is like your typical lunchtime fast food Café/bagel place. I went there during lunchtime monday, but the wait wasn't too long.

This Einstein location needs a visit from corporate. I've been here a few times and each experience has not been good. Today was the worst. Lack of discipline, focus of getting the job done. I called ahead of time to order a tote of coffee. I arrive and it's not ready. When they did put the tote together, I had to ask for cups, creamer and sugars. Shouldn't that be standard practice? My box of bagels and cream cheeses did not come with knives or napkins. I was already out the door when I realized they forgot that too. The gentleman in front of me ordered a sliced bagel. Somehow that simple order got lost..... The manager (I'm assuming he was the manager), was clueless and could not reign in his people. Next time I will go to St Pete bagel.

As I was selecting which start to pick the two star rating says "Meh. I've experienced better" which was my exact thought when I got my bagel. I grabbed a bagel and diet coke as a quick bite. Cinnamon raisin bagel with veggie cream cheese. The bagel wasn't really soft. Seemed more chewy. And Im used to cream cheese with fresh veggies in it. This was like a mix and tasted like garlic. I thought maybe they gave me the wrong order. But, it was mine. :(

Came early on a Sunday. Quiet. 3 staff members, 1 manager. Ordered 2 sandwiches & 2 coffees. About $14. 1 was with egg and sausage on thintastic wheat. Looked and tasted like nuked food on cardboard. The other sandwich was really messy. Good coffee though. Very different from the one in Clearwater on McMullen Booth. I think the neighborhood has something to do with it.

How does a store screw up a bagel with cream cheese? Einstein on 4th St managed to do just this. I waited about 15 minutes for an untoasted bagel with plain cream cheese. As I waited, I watched the staff horsing around with each other. Three employees were working on a bagel (unfortunately, not mine). The cashier gave my bagel to someone else so I offered to make it myself at which point, they managed to put cream cheese on a bagel. I also watched one of the employees standing at the coffee dispensers chatting with a customer oblivious to the fact that customers were trying to move around him to get coffee. The incompetence and apathy from staff is endemic. I've had bad service here several times but I will now be patronizing St. Pete Bagel down the street.

I placed an order for a dozen bagels this morning. When she asked what time I would be there, I said 10 minutes. Knowing from the past, how slow the service is here, I showed up about 45 minutes later....order not ready. While waiting for the order, the average customer was waiting 20 - 30 minutes for their eat- in orders! After another 15 minutes, I finally got my 13 bagels. The management at this location should be ashamed of themselves, setting these coworkers up for failure, the poor cashier was taking the brunt of this from customers. Somebody from corporate needs to get themselves in there and fix this situation...until then, I would stay away!! The 1 star is only because I had a coupon for the bagels.

Picked up a bagel bucket here on Thanksgiving morning. The staff was so friendly and pleasant in spite of working on Thanksgiving day. Kudos to you!

Maybe it was because I was already have a really crappy day and they sensed that I needed it but the service I got here today was GREAT. I ordered a Cafe Mocha and it was delicious as well as a fruit cup. The fruit cup was a mix of honeydew pineapple strawberries and grapes and everything in it was fresh. Just a warning, it is $3 though. If you have the time you might do better at Publix. I was in need of some healthy sugars so I did not care. The employee that helped me was Sam and he made my day and made this review a positive one.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Einstein Bros location. Went there on a Sunday Morning at around 9:30 in the morning (today). The store was trashed, trash cans were overflowing and simple things like straws were no where to be found. I ordered a breakfast sand which and after 10-15 mins noticed people that had come in after me with larger orders were being served before me. Went and asked for the status of my order and kid behind the counter notifies me that it takes 8 mins to make a sand which. Ok, however I've already wasted 15 mins of my life waiting..... This isn't the first time my experience sucked at this location, drive a little further down the road to Starbucks and avoid the heartache!

Okay, they seem to finally be making an effort to turn this location around. About a year ago I swore I'd never come here again following multiple incorrect orders, episodes of uncaring service and a ridiculous slow speed. I've been back now twice in the last couple of weeks and while the slowness still exists they seem to be improved. There was a manager on site actually trying to help with the staff mistakes that were plenty. Two orders in front of mine were completed wrong, but the manager addressed the problems and gave free meals. My food was made correctly but not well. It was obviously made in a rush and was not put together well. The staff was nice and friendly. I'm hopeful they continue to improve bc I generally love stuff from this chain.

11:08am. Friday morning. 3 customers eating at separate tables inside... two people sitting at one table outside... No one in line. I walked in... Smells... BURNT! Not the delicious smell I was expecting. Service: pushy, impatient, unfriendly No greeting. No "hello, how are you". "what do you want?" is what she asked me. I ordered my Everything Bagel with Onion & Chive sour cream and an Ice Tea. Instead of a "have a nice day", I received a "you pay down there" as she turned away to talk to her co-worker. I went to sit at a table, I was about to sit at a table facing outside, when I saw those two customer sitting outside; She was now giving him a lap dance, and his hand was up her skirt, I did NOT want to see this as I ate my breakfast... instead I chose the seat inside facing the garbage can... yay. Will I come back to this location. NO.

$7 for a bagel with cream cheese and the most pathetically minuscule amount of salmon. This location is not very good.

Love the bagels here but the staff could be better. No greeting, no help with the menu, and no napkins. Come on people, it's not brain surgery.

Terrible. Service was bad, orders wrong, "toasted" bagel was charred. When took it back the girl mocked it. This has to be THE worst Einstein's. Total chaos even trying to order in the first place. If I could give no stars, I would. Very disappointing. The others in the area are so good. I think we will be going to St Pete Bagel from now on...

This store is terrible. Never had a problem with the weekend crew but this weekday staff is lazy. The place was filthy, nothing was stocked - not even coffee and the panini was burnt. If they were actually busy then i could understand. Will not be back! Negative 5 STARS

We often eat here on Sunday mornings. I love that they have some healthier options for bagel thin sandwiches with the calories on the menu board. I loved the asparagus/mushroom/swiss/eggwhite bagel thin sandwich but it looks like that is now gone from the menu. They also have a turkey bacon/egg/cheese bagel thin sandwich which is very good. The season pumpkin/walnut crunch bagel is awesome. We always have had good, friendly service here as well. Great coffee!

Have always loved Einstein's ... even when that other chain bagel place that started with a "B" came out, I always remained loyal. Just being able to say "shmear" when you order puts a smile on my face. My regular order in a Power Bagel toasted with light peanut butter and a small fresh squeezed o.j. The staff here is fast and very friendly, even in the hectic drive time hours. It is simple to get a big order to take into work and even though I don't drink coffee, from what I have been told, it is good. I don't know if there is much difference health wise between the doughnut or the bagel, but in my mind a bagel is better and that is all that matters to me!

In terms of fast casual restaurants, Einstein's is about middle of the road for me overall. This particular Einstein's gets my business mainly because it's proximity to my home, it's always clean and it has ample dinning space (I'd rather eat at St. Pete Bagel but the dinning area is too small). The staff here seems to have a high turnover, if that gives you a clue about the service level. It's been hit or miss as to the friendliness/kindess of the employees. I like Einstein's menu offerings for both breakfast and lunch. The option to get flat bagels (less carbs!) and turkey sausage are some of the aspects of the menu that get me coming back. Also, I get very good coupons/offers via Facebook and through mailers that I almost never go hear without some kind of deal in hand. And finally, sometimes the coffee isn't hot. First world problem, I know, but taking a sip of cold coffee is a seriously bad way to start your day. I suspect if you visit here you'll have a solid meal but you won't be blown away. Your service won't be terrible but you probably won't get a smile. But your bill won't be too high and you'll leave feeling satisfied. N'Joy!

Bagels are ok, place is a bit over priced. I lived in NY for 50 years so I don't think the bagels compare to NY style at all but not bad at all.

The Management is friendly at this location, but sad to say and consistently unchanged is the cleanliness at this Einstein location. It just doesnt change. The mold in the ice dispenser stares back at you. Not much sanitizing and general cleaning goes on here. Most unfortunate on another consistent basis is the lack of refilling plastic, napkins, creamers and coffee urns. I have contacted the General Manager and District Manager, and nothing changes. Just not important enough for Corporate management to follow-up and follow-through. Try another location. The 'regulars' have moved on .... If cleanliness is not important to you - then eat here.
